I could be going in totally the wrong direction again but in the image Playmates on your sidebar is the lovely Rose box in your puzzle image, along with the cup and saucer and the little angel ornament, of which you can see the bottom of in '19', there is also your beautiful blue glitter trees. As the image is called playmates I am guessing the item that is not yet revealed might be another bear, possibly the lovely King bear in the Playmates image.
